True Frame provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, subject to project scope, product count, styling needs, and studio availability. Any service details are confirmed only after review of the inquiry, reference material, and shot list.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing products in the agreed condition and through the agreed intake method. Sample setup review, proof gallery review, and final file delivery are part of the process only to the extent included in the confirmed project scope, and curation may remove duplicates, test frames, or technically unsuitable images.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the photographs remain with True Frame. Any license to use final images is limited to the agreed purpose and does not include RAW files, rejected files, or rights not expressly granted.

Disclaimer of Liability
True Frame will use reasonable care in producing and editing images, but does not guarantee exact recreation of reference materials, colors, textures, reflections, proportions, or backgrounds. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Frame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
